Overview

Invite team members to your Teamspace by sending invitations through your Team Settings. Team members need to accept the invitation by clicking “Accept Invitation” on the email they receive from noreply@xometry.com. When 5, 10, and 20 colleagues accept the invitation to join your team, you will earn milestone rewards based on the total count of accepted invitations.

Terms and Conditions

• Must be 18 years or older to participate in the Teamspace Rewards program.
• To qualify, acceptees must be net new registered Xometry users. Prior invites do not qualify for Teamspace Rewards.
• Invites must be from your existing company using a corporate email address.
• All Teamspace Rewards are valid in the US only.
• Program participants must opt-in to Xometry marketing emails to fully participate in the Teamspace Rewards program and receive rewards. If you are unsubscribed and would like to opt back in, please fill out this form or email our Support Team. 
• The coupon amount of $100 is sent to the Teamspace admin “invitation sender” after 5 teammates have accepted invitations to join a Teamspace, and is eligible to be used by the Teamspace admin and up to 5 team members (minimum purchase of $350 and the cumulative company discount limit is $600 for the entire team).
• The coupon amount of $200 is sent to the Teamspace admin invitation sender after 10 teammates have accepted invitations to join a Teamspace, and is eligible to be used by the Teamspace admin and up to 10 team members (minimum purchase of $600 and the cumulative company discount is $2,100 for the entire team).
• The lunch on Xometry reward (Uber Eats voucher or similar) in the amount of $250 is sent to the Teamspace admin invitation sender after 20 teammates have accepted invitations to join a Teamspace. (If gifts above $25 cannot be accepted by an organization, a coupon code in the amount of $300 will be sent (minimum purchase of $800 and the cumulative company discount limit is $6,300 for the entire team)).
• Team members need to accept the invitation by clicking “Accept Invitation” on the email they receive from noreply@xometry.com in order to be counted as an accepted teammate invitation.
• Coupons are not valid towards taxes, shipping, or fees, and are only valid for custom manufactured parts quoted through the Xometry Instant Quoting Engine®. 
• Coupons expire 18 months after issuance.
• Participants cannot redeem credits or coupons for cash.
• Each Teamspace invitation sender must be the actual sender of the emails and must comply with applicable law. Invitations must be created and distributed in a professional manner that is appropriate and customary for communications with colleagues. By submitting any email address as part of the Program, the Teamspace invitation sender represents that he/she has the appropriate permission and consent. Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other use of the services described herein in a manner that is not promoted is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination and further legal action. Xometry has no obligation to monitor the Program or any communications; however, Xometry may choose to do so and block any email messages, remove any such content, or prohibit any use of the Program. Teamspace invitation senders who do not comply with the law, including anti-spam laws, are obligated to indemnify the Teamspace team members against any liabilities, costs and expenses it incurs as a result of such spam.
• Participants must use valid and genuine email addresses to enroll in the rewards program. The use of repeatable, fraudulent, or feigned emails is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the program. This includes emails that are created to simulate real addresses such as ‘user+1@xometry.com’, user+2@xometry.com’, etc., or emails generated from the same office or shipping address. Attempts to obtain rewards using the same email address or shipping address may result in the nullification of coupons or lunch vouchers.
• If you believe you are eligible for a Teamspace reward, but did not receive an email please email our Support Team. 
• Abuse of the Teamspace Rewards Program may result in the nullification of current and future Teamspace rewards. If you have questions or concerns, please email our Support Team.
• Xometry staff and their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses, siblings) and members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Why can’t I find the invitation button?
  Only Teamspace admins have access to invite more Team Members to a Teamspace through their Team Settings. Contact your Teamspace administrator to get admin access.

• My teammates are not receiving their invitation to join Teamspace
  Teamspace invitations are sent very shortly after the request is submitted in the Invite Team Members module. An email from noreply@xometry.com with the subject line “Join the {{Team Name}} team in Xometry's Teamspace!”. If your team is not receiving these invitations, check your junk/spam folder, confirm that Xometry is not blocked from your company’s email filter, or then contact our team for assistance. 
• How do my teammates accept an invitation?
  Teammates will receive their invitation from noreply@xometry.com shortly after the request to add them is submitted on the Team Settings page. After receiving the email, open it, and select the “Accept Invitation” button to confirm your participation in the Teamspace organization.
• How can I see how many team members have joined my Teamspace organization?
  Teamspace organization admins can see how many team members have joined, their accepted invite date (date added), and their role and see how many pending invitations have been sent out. 
• I already passed the Teamspace milestones, what now?
  Congratulations! Your Teamspace rewards should be emailed to you if your organization’s number of accepted invitations has exceeded our 5, 10, and 20 member thresholds. You must be subscribed to Xometry marketing emails to receive your Teamspace rewards. If you are unsubscribed and would like to opt back in, please fill out this form or email our Support Team. Feel free to add even more team members to your Teamspace, there is no limit!
